摘要 在NBR/ACM共混胶中固定ACM相硫化体系,以NBR相硫化体系为变量,研究了不同种类硫化体系对NBR/ACM共混胶性能的影响。研究表明普通硫磺硫化体系与过氧化物硫化体系硫化程度高,硫载体硫化体系硫化程度较低;硫磺过氧化物并用硫化体系常规物理机械性能总体较好;有效硫磺硫化体系与过氧化物硫化体系耐热空气老化性能较好;过氧化物硫化体系耐油性能最佳。 This paper investigated the effect of different vulcanization systems on the properties of NBR/ACM blended rubber by fxing ACM phase vulcanization system in NBR/ACM blended rubber and making NBR phase vulcanization system as a variable. The research shows that the ordinary sulfur vulcanization system and the peroxide vulcanization system have a high degree of vulcanization, and the sulfur carrier vulcanization system has a low degree of vulcanization. The conventional physical and mechanical properties of the sulfur peroxide combined vulcanization system are generally better. The effective sulfur vulcanization system and the peroxide vulcanization system have better heat-resistant air aging properties. The peroxide vulcanization system has the best oil resistance.
