梨亲本选择与选配对杂种后代抗病性的影响

摘要 为促进梨高抗逆性品种选育,采用田间发病调查法,对20个组合,五年生1 865株杂种苗黑星病、褐斑病发生情况进行了调查分析。结果表明:大多数组合杂种后代抗黑星病、褐斑病能力较强。以寒红梨为母本组合后代群体,抗黑星病和褐斑病能力差异较大,其中红香酥×寒红梨(♂×♀)组合中黑星病发病率最高,为20.3%,褐斑病发病率也较高,为26.3%;以寒香梨为母本的5个组合褐斑病均有发生,发病株率偏高,褐斑病遗传能力强于其它品种。 In order to promote breeding of high resistance pears varieties,the field investigation method was used to investigate the occurrence of scab and brown spot for 20 combinations 1 865 hybrid seedlings of 5 years old.The results showed that most of the hybrid offspring had strong resistance to scab and brown spot.Using Hanhongli as the mother progeny progeny group,the ability to fight against scab and brown spot differed significantly,Hongxiangsu was the male parent group(♂Hongxiangsu×♀Hanhongli),the highest incidence of scab was 20.3%,and the incidence of brown spot was 26.3%.Five combinations of brown spot occurred with Hanxiangli as female parent,and the incidence rate was generally high.The genetic ability of brown spot of Hanxiangli was stronger than other varieties.
