Study on the Relationship Between Compatibility and Plants Grafting Combination

为准确掌握嫁接亲本后期有无亲和力,用两个亲本互为砧、穗的嫁接方法,发现原来认为无亲和力的两个嫁接亲本之间,存在较强的后期亲和力,即亲和力向性与嫁接组合方式的相关性。

In order to better evaluate and understand the grafting affinity of rootstock and scion in the late stage,we applied the method of reciprocally grafting rootstock and scion with each other.There were strong late-stage affinity in the grafting combinations,which was originally supposed to be incompatible.This is the relationship of compatibility tropism and grafting combination of reciprocal pairs.
