摘要
专利是国家高新技术企业自主知识产权的主要表现形式,在一定程度上彰显了企业的技术创新能力。本文通过对河南省高新技术企业发展态势监测服务系统的实践应用,对企业的专利情况进行监测和分析,试图得出专利和高新技术企业发展之间的联系,其结论可为政策指导部门提供数据支撑。
Patent is the main form of independent intellectual property rights of national high-teeh enterprises, to a certain extent, it shows the technology innovation ability of enterprises. Through the practical application of Henan Province＇s high-teeh enterprise development situation monitoring service system, this paper monitored and analyzed the patent situation of enterprises, and tried to get the relationship between patent and the development of high-teeh enterprises. The conclusion can provide data support for policy guidance departments.
