河南省科技数据地理信息资源创新支撑能力研究

Research on the Innovation Supporting Capacity of Science and Technology Data Geographic Information Resources in Henan Province

在科技数据资源服务研究中,其对社会创新支撑能力的研究一直是学界关注的焦点。但是聚焦于科技数据地理信息资源的研究一直比较匮乏。本文在对河南省科技数据地理信息资源发展进行优劣势分析的基础上,厘清科技数据地理信息资源与创新能力的关系,探索科技数据地理信息资源对河南省创新驱动发展的支撑作用。最后基于上述研究提出针对科技数据地理信息资源管理与发展相关建议,以期能够为河南省科技创新驱动发展战略做出贡献。

In the research of science and technology data resource service, the research on its supporting ability for social innovation has always been the focus of academic circles. However, research focusing on the geographic information resources of science and technology data has always been scarce. Based on advantages and disadvantages analysis of Henan Province＇s science and technology data geographic information resources development, this paper clarified the relationship between science and technology data geographic information resources and innovation capabilities, and explored the supporting role of science and technology data geographic information resources on Henan＇s innovation-driven development. Finally, based on the above research, the paper put forward relevant suggestions for the management and development of science and technology data geographic information resources, in order to make contribution for science and technology innovation driven development strategy in Henan Province.
