摘要
在教育部《高等职业教育创新发展行动计划》的引领下,马鞍山师范高等专科学校学前教育专业以人才培养为核心、课程建设为抓手、师资提升为关键,研究探索专业建设思路。以"理念师德在先、基本理论扎实、核心技能过关"为原点,制定出"够用""实用""耐用""好用"的理论与实践双轨式循环提升的课程体系。采用"棋盘式"师资培养思路,以强带弱,聚力攻坚,突破师资发展瓶颈。同时,学前教育专业建设应强调"走出去",不断提升服务地方的创新发展能力。
Under the guidance of the Ministry of Educations“Higher Vocational Education Innovation and Development Action Plan”, preschool education major of Ma’anshan Teacher’s College is researching and exploring the key to professional construction focusing on talent cultivation, taking curriculum construction as the starting point and laying emphasis on teacher promotion. Using the theory of“morality first, basic theory consolidation, core skills passing”, formulating the curriculum system with the frame of theory and practice improving system like a interleaving dual beam. We also adopt the“chessboard type”teacher training path to strengthen the weak, cohesive force for assault, breakthrough the bottleneck of teacher development. At the same time, the construction of preschool education major should lay emphasis on“going out”and improve the innovation and development ability of local service.
