针刺联合隔药饼电子灸在全髋关节置换术中的应用及对患者VAS评分的影响

Application of acupuncture combined with electrical herbal cake-separated moxibustion in total hip arthroplasty and its effect on VAS score

目的探究针刺联合隔药饼电子灸在全髋关节置换术中的应用及对患者VAS评分的影响。方法选取2015年11月~2017年10月期间在我院进行单侧人工全髋关节置换术的患者90例,对照组患者给予针刺治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合隔药饼电子灸治疗。观察比较两组患者的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS),并且观察记录两组患者不良情况的发生情况以及镇痛药的追加量。结果研究组术后24 h、48 h、72 h的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组患者静止时的VAS评分明显低于活动时(P<0.05);研究组患者镇痛药的追加量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组出现恶心、呕吐、嗜睡以及尿潴留等不良反应的例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合隔药饼电子灸在全髋关节置换术中的应用不仅具有良好的临床治疗效果,还可以降低患者的疼痛和不良反应的发生,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the application of acupuncture combined with electrical herbal cake-separated moxibustion in total hip arthroplasty and its effect on VAS score. Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing unilateral total hip arthroplasty from November 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected. Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture. Patients in the study group were treated with electrical herbal cake-separated moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The visual simulated pain score（VAS） of the two groups was observed and compared and the occurrence of adverse conditions and the additional amount of analgesics were recorded. Results The VAS scores of the study group at 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the VAS score at rest was significantly lower in the study group than at the time of activity （P〈0.05）; The amount of drug added was significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The number of adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, drowsiness and urinary retention was significantly less in the study group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of acupuncture combined with electrical herbal cake-separated moxibustion in total hip arthroplasty not only has good clinical therapeutic effect but also can reduce the occurrence of pain and adverse reactions in patients. It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
