摘要
董飞侠教授认为类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮关节炎、阿弗他口腔溃疡均属风湿免疫性疾病,风寒湿邪郁久化热伤阴,治宜祛风除湿、温经散寒、养阴清热,临床运用桂枝芍药知母汤加减可取良效,同时可有效提高机体自身免疫功能。
Professor Dong Feixia considered arthritis deformans, systematic lupus erythematosus arthritis and aphthous oral ulcer as rheumatic diseases. Wind-cold damp pathogen accumulates and resolves the heat and impairs Yin. Thus, it would be proper to expel wind and remove damness, warm channel and expel cold, replenish the vital essence and remove heat. Clinical application of modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction could be effective and improve self-func- tion of autoimmunity effectively.
