广东省区域性手足口病医疗服务能力现状调查

Investigation on the status of medical service capabilities of regional hand,foot and mouth disease in Guangdong Province

目的通过调查了解广东省不同地区医疗卫生机构儿童手足口病诊疗服务能力现状,分析存在问题,提出应对建议。方法在全省共21个地级市分层随机抽取78所能提供手足口病医疗服务的医疗卫生机构,并对其进行手足口病医疗服务相关内容进行问卷调查,调查时间为2017年6月1日~12月31日,调查内容包括:儿科病床数、儿科医生数、床位医生比、PICU配置情况、手足口病门诊、病房收治数量。结果珠三角地区儿科病床数、儿科医生数、PICU设置数明显高于广东其他地区医疗机构,各地区高等级医疗机构普遍高于较低等级机构;而地区间、级别间医疗机构床位医生比、手足口病门诊接诊数量差异较小;珠三角地区医疗机构、高等级医疗机构手足口病住院患者明显高于其他医疗机构。结论广东省儿童手足口病服务基本医疗配置存在明显地区性不平衡,珠三角地区医疗机构优于其他地区,而各地区医疗机构承担的基础手足口病医疗服务工作量相近,与不平衡的发展基础形成反差。

Objective To investigate the current situation of children＇s hand, foot and mouth disease diagnosis and treatment service in medical institutions in different regions of Guangdong Province, to analyze the existing problems, and to propose suggestions for their response. Methods A total of 78 medical and health institutions that can provide hand-foot-mouth disease medical services were randomly selected from 21 prefecture-level cities across the province. Questionnaire surveys were conducted on the medical services related to hand-foot-mouth disease. The survey time was from January 1 to December 31, 2017. The survey included pediatric beds, pediatricians, bed doctor ratio, PICU allocation, hand-foot-mouth disease clinics, and ward admissions. Results The number of paediatric beds, pediatricians, and PICUs in the Pearl River Delta region was significantly higher than that in other areas in Guangdong. The number in high-grade medical institutions in all regions was generally higher than that in lower-grade institutions. The number of bed doctor ratio and hand-foot-and-mouth disease clinics in the inter-regional and inter-level medical institutions differed slightly. The number of inpatients with hand, foot and mouth disease in medical institutions and high-grade medical institutions in the Pearl River Delta region was significantly higher than that of other medical institutions. Conclusion There are obvious regional imbalances in the basic medical treatment of children＇s hand-foot-mouth disease services in Guangdong Province. The medical institutions in the Pearl River Delta region are superior to other regions. And the medical services performed by the medical institutions in each region are similar in workload, which is contrast to the unbalanced development.
