摘要
目的探讨分析评价措施在人才培养项目中的管理效果。方法设计问卷调查表,调查全部20名培养对象,邀请5名管理人员进行层次分析。结果疾控中心学员占总学员数量的3/4,近2/3数量的学员在学历、职称、工作年限上接近一致;60%的疾控中心学员认为岗位轮转时间安排合理,而只有20%的其他机构学员认为合理;20%的疾控中心学员认为岗位联系实际不合理,60%的其他机构学员认为一般;90%以上认为项目结题的准备情况比较合理,其他机构学员均不认为项目结题的准备情况合理,二者总体概率分布不同;管理人员对两个指标层进行层次分析并按重要性依次降序排列,其中Ⅰ级指标是集中授课、公卫课题、岗位轮转、项目结题;Ⅱ级指标是循证医学的课程设置、岗位轮转的时间安排、岗位轮转的联系实际、课题要求的完成时限、项目结题的准备情况。结论项目管理针对每一个环节所做的调查分析是必要的,不但能够发现项目管理中的问题,而且能够为改进项目管理措施提供重要的依据,进而为探索适时项目管理模式还将奠定坚实的基础。
Objective To explore and analyze the management effectiveness of evaluation measures in personnel training projects. Methods Questionnaires were designed to survey all 20 trainees, and 5 managers were invited to conduct hierarchical analysis. Results The CDC trainees accounted for 3/4 of the total number of trainees. Nearly 2/3 of the trainees were nearly identical in academic qualifications, professional titles, and working years.60% of the CDC trainees considered that the rotation time of jobs was reasonable. But only 20% of other institutions' participants considered it reasonable. 20% of the CDC trainees thought that the connection of job with reality was unreasonable. 60% of other in- stitutional participants considered it normal. More than 90% considered that the preparation of the project was reasonable, and other institutions' participants did not consider the preparation of the conclusion was reasonable. And the overall probability distribution of the two was different. The management personnel carried out hierarchical analysis of the two indicator layers and sorted them in descending order of importance. Among them, the level Ⅰ indicators were focused on intensive teaching, public health issues, job rotation, and projects conclusion. Level Ⅱ indicators were evi dence-based medicine curriculum settings, time arrangement of job rotation, contact actuality of job rotation, completion time limit of project requirements, and preparation of project completion. Conclusion The investigation and analysis of project management is necessary for each link. It not only can find problems in project management, but also can provide important basis for improving project management measures, and will lay a solid foundation for exploring timely project management models.
