我国新一轮医改已进入攻坚阶段,要从根本上解决"看病难、看病贵"问题,应当看到这些问题产生的根源在于我国医疗资源的不足:一方面是医疗资源的整体匮乏,另一方面是医疗资源存在严重的浪费现象。因此,开展医疗资源整合及优化工作势在必行。本文阐述了在医药卫生体制改革新形势下进行医疗资源整合所遇到的问题,并提出了相应的建议与对策。

The new round of medical reform in China has entered the critical stage. It should be seen that the root cause of these problems lies in the shortage of medical resources in China in order to fundamentally solve the problem of ＂difficult to see a doctor and expensive to see a doctor＂. On the one hand, there is an overall lack of medical resources. On the other hand, there is a serious waste of medical resources. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out medical resource integration and optimization. This paper expounds the problems encountered in the integration of medical resources under the new situation of medical and health system reform, and puts forward correspond!ng suggestions and countermeasures.
