奥马哈系统在脑卒中患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of Omaha system in the nursing of patients with stroke

目的探讨奥马哈系统在脑卒中患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1~12月在我院神经内科诊断治疗的脑卒中患者200例为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组各100例。对照组采用常规护理,干预组将奥马哈系统应用于护理过程中。比较两组干预前后生活质量、精神健康、神经-肌肉-骨骼功能方面认知、行为、状况评分。结果干预后两组生活质量评分均较干预前明显提高(P<0.05);干预后干预组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组干预后在精神健康、神经-肌肉-骨骼功能认知、行为、状况评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥马哈系统在脑卒中患者护理中能够显著提高患者精神健康、神经-肌肉-骨骼功能认知、行为、状况,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To discuss the effect of Omaha system in nursing of stroke patients. Methods A total of 200 cases with stroke in Neurology department of our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as subjects, and were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, each of 100 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and Omaha system was used in nursing of the intervention group. Quality of life, mental health and neural muscle bone function cognition, behavior, status scores before and after intervention between two groups were compared. Results Quality of life in the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention（P〈0.05）; After intervention, the quality of life in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Mental health and neural muscle bone function cognition, behavior, status scores in the intervention after in- tervention were higher than those in the control group, which showed significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omaha system in nursing for stroke can significantly improve the patients＇ mental health, neural-muscle-bone function cognition, behavior, status, and improve the quality of life of patients.
