中西药联合治疗银屑病的临床评价Meta分析

Meta-analysis on the clinical evaluation of Chinese combined with western medicine in the treatment of psoriasis

目的采用Meta分析方法系统评价中西药联合治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法通过检索CNKI、万方、CBM及PubMed数据库,收集中西药联合治疗银屑病的随机对照实验。采用RevMan软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献5篇,患者累计321例。Meta分析结果显示中西药联合治疗银屑病患者的总治愈率总是高于单用中药治疗的患者。结论中西药联合治疗银屑病的临床疗效优于单用中药。

Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese combined with western medicine in the treatment of psoriasis by meta-analysis. Methods Randomized controlled trials of Chinese combined with western medicine in the treatment of psoriasis were collected by retrieving databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, CBM, and PubMed. RevMan software was used for recta-analysis. Results A total of 5 articles were included in the study and 321 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that the total cure rate of psoriasis patients treated by Chinese combined with western medicine was always higher than that of patients treated with Chinese medicine alone. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Chinese combined with western medicine in the treatment of psoriasis is better than that of Chinese medicine alone.
