甲状腺全切除术治疗分化型甲状腺癌的应用效果观察

Application effect of total thyroidectomy on differentiated thyroid cancer

目的观察甲状腺全切除术治疗分化型甲状腺癌的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月～2017年3月本院收治的160例分化型甲状腺癌患者,根据不同手术方式分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80),分别实施甲状腺全切除术以及常规手术治疗。结果观察组分化型甲状腺癌患者的手术时间(50.21±1.45)min、住院时间(10.21±1.28)d、总有效率95.00%与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对分化型甲状腺癌患者进行甲状腺全切除术治疗后,取得显著效果,能提高患者的治疗效果,提升有效率,缩短住院时间以及手术时间,促进患者早期康复,值得应用。

Objective To observe the application effect of total thyroidectomy on differentiated thyroid cancer. Methods A total of 160 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer who were treated in this hospital from January 2015 to March 2017were selected.The patients were divided into observation group（n=80） treated with total thyroidectomy and control group （n=80） treated with conventional surgery. Results The operative time （50.21 ±1.45）min, hospital stay （ 10.21 ± 1.28）d, and total effective rate of 95.00% in the observation group, which were compared with control group, the differ- ences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion Total thyroidectomy in the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer patients can obtain significant results, which can improve the patient＇s treatment effect, improve the efficiency, shorten the hospitalization time and operation time, and promote the early rehabilitation of patients, which is worthy of application.
