肩关节镜下单排缝合技术治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果研究

The clinical effect of arthroscopic single-row suture technique on shoulder sleeve injury

目的探讨肩关节镜下单排缝合技术治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果。方法选取2015年11月26日～2017年11月26日期间武汉科技大学附属天佑医院骨科收治的肩袖损伤82例患者(实施信封随机分组模式),对照组41例患者进行传统缝合技术治疗,观察组41例患者进行肩关节镜下单排缝合技术治疗,观察两组患者经相应治疗方案的上举、内收、外展、后伸、前屈度、术中出血量、手术时间、并发症发生率、Constant评分、ASES评分、UCLA评分、VAS评分。结果观察组VAS评分低于对照组,ASES评分、UCLA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);Constant评分高于对照组(P<0.05);且并发症发生率低于对照组,术中出血量、手术时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肩袖损伤患者实施肩关节镜下单排缝合技术治疗效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of single-row suture technique under shoulder arthroscopy in treat- ing shoulder sleeve injury. Methods 82 patients with shoulder sleeve injury treated in the Department of Orthopaedics, Tianyou Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from November 26, 2015 to November 26, 2017 were selected（implementing envelope random grouping mode）. 41 patients in the control group underwent conven- tional suture technique. 41 patients in the observation group underwent arthroscopic single-row suture technique. The uplift, adduction, abduction, extension, flexion, intraoperative blood loss, surgery time, complication rate, Constant score, ASES score, UCLA score, VAS score in the two groups was observed after appropriate treatment program. Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The ASES score, UCLA score and Con- stant score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The complication rate in the ob- servation group was lower than that in the control group. The amount of bleeding and operation time in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of arthroscopic single-row suture tech- nique on shoulder sleeve injury patients is significant.
