冰醋酸与液氮冷冻治疗面部扁平疣的临床观察研究

Clinical observation of glacial acetic acid and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for facial flat warts

目的比较冰醋酸与液氮冷冻治疗面部扁平疣的疗效及并发症,为临床治疗提供依据。方法门诊入组68例面部扁平疣患者,随机分为冰醋酸组和液氮冷冻组,观察比较两组患者疗效及并发症(色素异常、瘢痕)。结果治疗1个月后,冰醋酸组的有效率(81.58%)与液氮冷冻组(83.33%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月、3个月冰醋酸组色素异常发生率低于液氮冷冻组(1个月后:42.10%vs.63.33%,P<0.01;3个月后:13.16%vs.36.67%,P<0.01),两组瘢痕、复发率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冰醋酸治疗面部扁平疣与液氮冷冻治疗疗效相近,但创伤小、并发症少,价格便宜,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To compare the efficacy and complications of glacial acetic acid and liquid nitrogen in the treat- ment of facial fiat warts and to provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods 68 cases of facial paralysis in Outpa- tient Clinic were randomly divided into glacial acetic acid group and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy group. The curative effect and complications （pigment abnormalities, scars） were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 month of treatment, there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the glacial acetic acid group（81.58%） and the liquid nitrogen cryotherapy group（83.33%）, P〉0.05. The incidence of pigment abnormalities in the glacial acetic acid group was lower than that in the liquid nitrogen cryotherapy group after 1 month and 3 months of treatment （after 1 month： 42.10% vs 63.33%, P〈0.01; after 3 mouths： 13.16% vs 36.67%, P〈0.01）. There was no statistical difference in scar and recurrence rate between the two groups（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Glacial acetic acid and liquid nitrogen cryotherapy has similar efficacy in the treatment of facial flat warts. But glacial acetic acid has less trauma, fewer complications and cheaper prices, which is worthy of clinical application.
