卵巢交界性肿瘤12例临床病理分析

Clinicopathological analysis on 12 cases of borderline ovarian tumors

目的对卵巢交界性肿瘤的临床病理特征进行探讨。方法选择本院2013年5月～2018年1月期间12例卵巢交界性肿瘤住院患者手术切除经病理学确诊的病例,通过病理组织学观察进行研究,对卵巢交界性肿瘤的病理组织学特征进行分析。结果 12例卵巢交界性肿瘤中6例为交界性浆液性肿瘤,4例为交界性黏液性肿瘤,1例为交界性子宫内膜样肿瘤,1例为交界性浆黏液性肿瘤,瘤细胞呈轻到中度的异型性,核染色质深,单层或复层排列,常<3层,结构上出现复杂分支状的乳头、绒毛状乳头或纤细的丝状乳头,可见密集的腺腔,具有纤维细胞少、水肿或玻璃样变的纤维脉管轴心。结论卵巢交界性肿瘤种类繁多,组织学特征性多样,必须充分取材,仔细观察,注意对微浸润、上皮内癌和种植的诊断,以提高其诊断准确率,为临床诊治该疾病提供重要保证。

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of borderline ovarian tumors. Methods 12 hospi- talized patients with borderline ovarian tumors who were given surgical resection and were diagnosed pathologically in our hospital from May 2013 to January 2018 were selected. The histopathological observation was performed to analyze the histopathological features of ovarian borderline tumors. Results Of the 12 cases of borderline ovarian tumors, 6 were borderline serous tumors, 4 cases were borderline mucinous tumors, one case was a borderline endometrioid tu- mor, and one case was a borderline mucinous tumor. The tumor cells showed a mild to moderate abnormality. Nuclear was in deep stain, arranged by single or multiple layers, with often 〈3 layers. Complex branching nipples, villous papilla, or slender filiform papillae were seen on the structure, and intensive glandular cavity was visible, with fibrous vascular axis with few fibroblasts, edema, or hyaline change. Conclusion There are many types of borderline ovarian tumors, and their histological characteristics are diverse. In order to improve its diagnostic accuracy, samples must be fully col- lected and carefully observed, then micro-invasion, intraepithelial carcinoma and planting should be given attention, which provide an important guarantee for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
