摘要
根据创新系统论构建建筑企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,其次在BP神经网络综合评价的基础上,运用VIKOR法找出建筑企业技术创新存在的具体问题。最后以福建省18家二级施工总承包建筑企业为样本实证分析,得出案例企业投入能力、研发能力较弱,产学研、信息化水平较差,与已有研究结果相符。
Firstly,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of technical innovation ability of construction enterprises according to the innovation system theory. Then,on the basis of BP neural network comprehensive evaluation,uses the VIKOR method to find out the specific problems of technical innovation of construction enterprises. Finally,by taking 18 secondary second-class general contractor in fujian as samples for empirical analysis,concludes that the input ability,rd ability are weak,the level of university-industry collaboration and informatization is poor.
