库车山前高压气井钢丝投捞式试井技术 被引量:10

摘要 塔里木油田库车山前储层具有埋藏深、温度高、压力高的特点,在高温高压气井钢丝作业施工中出现仪器落井、缆绳腐蚀拉断等事故,导致储层温度、压力资料录取困难。为此,在引进配套高温高压压力计、JDC投捞工具等主要井下工具基础上,研发动态流动密封防喷管,优选井下压力计投捞方式,优化加重杆、震击器等配套工具及作业工序,形成了高压气井钢丝投捞式温压资料录取技术。该技术在库车山前推广应用达36井次,其中井口压力最高达89 MPa,仪器下深达7 189m,CO2分压最高3.06 MPa,仪器下井最长达52 d,施工成功率100%,资料录取成功率100%。该技术降低了井控高风险作业时间、提高了特低渗储层压力恢复资料质量,已成为库车山前储层动态监测的有利手段。 The reservoir in front of Kuqa foreland in Tarim Oilfield is characterized by deep burial,high temperature and high pressure.During the process of steel wire construction in gas wells with high temperature and high pressure,there are accidents such as instrument falling in the well and cable corrosion and breaking. As a result,the reservoir temperature and pressure data are difficult to obtain.In order to solve this problem,on the basis of the introduction of major downhole tools such as high temperature and pressure gauges,JDC fishing tools,etc.,this paper have developed dynamic flow sealed blowout preventers,optimized downhole pressure gauges for fishing methods,as well as supporting tools such as weighting rods and jars. Based on that,a temperature and pressure data collection technology was formed. The technology has been promoted and applied for 36 wells in Kuqa foreland. In which,the largest wellhead pressure is 89 MPa,the maximum depth of the instrument is 7 189 m,the highest partial pressure of CO_2 is 3. 06 MPa and the longest time of the instrument in well is 52 d. Its construction success rate and data collection success rate is 100%. This technology not only reduces the high-risk operation time of well control but also improves the quality of pressure recovery data in reservoir with the ultra-low permeability,which has become an advantageous means for the dynamic monitoring of reservoirs in Kuqa foreland reservoir.
