摘要
为了合理地评价不同的疲劳设计方法和更好地应用于直升机的传动系统设计,从S-N曲线、减缩系数和疲劳累积损伤理论三个方面对比了传动系统安全寿命设计方法和旋翼系统安全寿命设计方法,并进行了实例计算对比。对比结果显示,两种方法的工程处理如S-N曲线、减缩系数的取值存在差异,初步数据表明直升机旋翼系统安全寿命设计方法可以应用于传动系统疲劳强度设计。
In order to rationally evaluate different design methods as well as efficiently apply method to engineering practice, the design methods of transmission system fatigue life and rotor system fatigue life were introduced in three aspects, including S - N curve, the attenuation coefficient and cumulative fatigue damage theory. It showed that there was difference in S -N curve and the attenuation coefficient between the two design methods. Preliminary data form this study indicate the design method of rotor system fatigue life could be applied to design transmission system.
