摘要
为解决某型直升机液压系统污染问题,提出了基于故障树的故障诊断方法,并结合实际工作经验,建立了故障树模型。为了检验故障树模型的有效性,结合实例进行了故障诊断分析,通过对故障现象的不断分析,确定了产生故障的根本原因。在整个诊断过程中,最大限度地减少了测量、试验次数,提高了故障诊断的效率和实用性。
In order to solve the problem of hydraulic system pollution of a type of the helicopter, the fault diagnosis method was proposed based on fault tree, and the fault tree model was established with the actual work experience. To test the effectiveness of the fault tree model, this paper analyzed the fault diagnosis example, through the analysis of fault phenomena, the basic cause of the fault was confirmed. In the whole process of the fault diagnosis, the measuring and testing time were reduced farthest, the efficiency and practicability of the fault diagnosis was improved.
