大学工科本科教育存在的问题分析及解决对策思考

Analysis for Some Existing Problems in Education of Under Graduated Students Major in Engineering and Possible Solving Ways

我国的大学工科本科生教育发展很快,目前规模已居世界前列,但快速发展的同时也存在一些问题。作者根据自己长期从事工科本科生教学的经历,从大学工科学生学风及学习精神退化的原因、大学工科本科生培养质量难以保证的原因、大学工科专业教学的理科化现象等三个方面,深入分析归纳了目前高校工科本科生教育存在的问题。通过分析认为解决这些问题的关键是要采取措施使教育精神回归,指出教育精神的回归关键在于做好顶层设计,并就如何让教育精神重归校园进行了一系列的思考,提出了有关具体的建议。

The education of under graduated students major in engineering has been developing very fast,and has become the biggest one in the world.But during the fast developing process,some problems also arise.According to many years＇ education experience for under graduated students major in engineering,the author analyzed the reasons of study enthusiasm degeneration,the reasons of education quality degeneration and the reasons of problems existing in engineering teachers and too highlight science education,summarized the problems existing in education for under graduated students.By deep analysis,it is found that the key way for solving these problems is to rebuild the education spirit and such rebuilding will depend on the top design.At last,the author proposed some detail suggestions for improving the education of under graduated students major in engineering.
