摘要
美育具有启真、辅德、育人的渗透作用,对于理工科拔尖创新人才成长具有重要意义。但是传统的专才型培养模式、相对功利化的评价体系和理工科专业教师人文素质的相对缺乏成为拔尖人才培养中美育发挥功能的主要障碍。高校可通过提高学生人文艺术素养,探索多元评价体系,加强美育师资培养等途径将美育渗透到人才培养的全过程。
Aesthetic education has the influence of enlighten truth,auxiliary morality and educating people.It is of great significance for the development of innovative talents in science and engineering.However,the traditional specialized training mode,the utilitarian evaluation system and the relative lack of humanistic quality of science and engineering teachers are the main obstacles to the development of aesthetic education in the cultivation of top-notch talents.Colleges and universities can penetrate into the whole process of talent cultivation through multiple channels.Such as improving the students＇ humanistic and artistic quality,exploring the multi-evaluation system,and strengthening the training of the teachers.
