兰州北编组站站机一体化管理优化探讨

A Tentative Study on the Optimization of Integrated Management on Station and Locomotive Departments in Lanzhou North Marshalling Yard

为提升运输组织效率,保障兰渝、兰新铁路货运量持续增长的需求,兰州北编组站实施站机一体化管理模式并取得显著成效。阐述兰州北编组站站机一体化管理现状,从专业管理、作业协调、设备保障、人才培养等方面系统分析存在的问题,提出健全管理制度、深化运输组织协调、强化设备保障、加强人才培养等优化站机一体化管理的对策。实践经验表明,站机一体化管理在SAM自动化编组站改善日常运输作业效率中发挥着重要作用,应在实践中不断完善站机一体化管理,充分发挥站机一体化管理的优势,有效提高机车运用效率。

To improve the efficiency of transportation organization and ensure the continuous growth of freight volume of Lanzhou-Chongqing and Lanzhou-Urumqi Railway, Lanzhou North Marshalling Yard has implemented an integrated management mode of station and locomotive departs and achieved remarkable results. This paper expounds the present situation of stationlocomotive integration management in Lanzhou North Marshalling Yard, systematically analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of professional management, operation coordination, equipment support and personnel training, and puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing the station-locomotive integration management, such as perfecting management system, deepening transportation organization coordination and strengthening equipment support and personnel training. Practice shows that the integrated management of station and locomotive departments plays an important role in improving the daily transport efficiency of SAM automatic marshalling station. The integrated management of station and locomotive departments should be constantly improved in practice, giving full play to the advantages of integrated management of station and locomotive departments, and effectively improving the efficiency of locomotive operation.
