鞍山市城市空间结构演变与优化研究

The study on evolution and optimization of urban spatial structure in Anshan city

新一轮东北老工业基地振兴为鞍山城市发展带来了千载难逢的机遇,为适应经济转型升级的新形势,城市空间结构须进行相应的优化调整。鞍山城市空间结构经历了雏型初步形成、格局基本确定、范围不断扩大、分区逐步调整和分区功能完善五个演化阶段,其空间结构具有殖民地痕迹、"D"型形态、分片用地功能、城矿共生、多环交通网络等五个特征。鞍山城市空间结构的演化和特征主要受地形地貌、历史延续、铁矿资源开采、交通建设、经济发展和政府决策等因素的影响。为促进鞍山城市空间结构优化布局,建议从鞍山中心城区空间结构、现代产业空间结构、城市景观总体结构、城市生态空间结构、城市道路网络结构和城市采矿区空间布局六个方面采取相应的优化策略。

There is a marvelous opportunity for the development of Anshan city due to a new round rejuvenation of northeast old industrial base.In order to meet the needs of economic transformation and upgrading,urban spatial structure must be optimized and adjusted.The Anshan urban spatial structure has gone through five stages： the initial formation of prototype,pattern basic determination,range expanding,individual zone adjusting and regional function improvement.And its urban spatial structure has five characteristics such as colonial trail,＂D＂topography,functional of individual zone,symbiosis of city and mine,multi ring traffic network and so on.Anshan urban spatial structure has been affected by some factors like topography,the continuation of history,iron ore resources development,transportation construction,economic development and government strategy. In this thesis,the author considers six main strategies to optimize Anshan＇s urban spatial structure which are spatial structure of central city,spatial structure of modern industry,overall structure of urban landscape,spatial structure of urban ecology,network structure of urban road,spatial layout of urban mining area in order to promote the optimization of Anshan urban spatial layout.
