辽宁小型水库防汛减灾中大数据云技术的应用研究

摘要 本文以现有信息数据传输网络为基础,借鉴大中型水库防汛减灾预报预警系统应用实践,运用大数据云技术,构建了纳入小型水库水情监测数据的水库全覆盖防汛预报预警系统。通过对支撑水库防汛减灾业务工作的大数据分析,总结了近年来辽宁省水库防汛减灾工作将大数据融入到防汛报汛抢险、防汛人员管理和汛情预测预警等方面取得的应用效果,并对系统现存问题及后期建设发展方向进行了探讨,旨在促进水库防汛减灾工作向精细化、精益化等方向转变,为全灾种大减灾平台的合理构建奠定基础。 Application practice of flood control and disaster nfitigation warning system for large and medium-sized reservoirs is adopted as reference, big data cloud technology is applied for constructing a reservoir all coverage flood prevention and warning system for small reservoirs based on the existing information and data transnfission network. The application effect of integrating big data into flood prevention, flood report, disaster rescue, flood control personnel management, flood forecast and early warning, etc. of Liaoning reservoir flood and disaster relief in recent years is summarized through big data analysis supporting reservoir flood and disaster relief work. Existing problems and subsequent construction development direction of the system are analyzed ainfing at promoting refined and exquisite transformation of reservoir flood and disaster relief work, and laying a foundation for reasonable construction of full-disaster relief platform.
