文科大学生院校环境评价对学业自我满意度的影响——来自S大学的调查研究 被引量:5

The Influence of College Environment Evaluation of Liberal Arts Undergraduates on Their Academic Self-satisfaction:Based on the Research From S University

摘要 大学生学业自我满意度反映了大学生在高校求学阶段对自身学业状况的满意程度。关注并提高大学生学业自我满意度符合新时代"以学生为主体,以优质公平为目标"的高等教育发展方向,是基于学生视角提升高等教育质量的重要途径之一。基于学业自我概念、顾客满意度理论和院校影响理论,以S大学在校文科大学生为问卷调查对象,探究文科大学生学业自我满意度现状和影响因素。研究发现,文科大学生学业自我满意度处于中等水平,其中学业成就满意度最低,但最为重要;个人输入因素和对院校环境评价因素均在一定程度上预测了文科大学生学业自我满意度。因此,必须将满足学生学业诉求置于理念高位,结合文科教育和文科大学生的特点采取行动,分清缓急轻重,兼顾个体差异,才能提高文科大学生学业自我满意度。 The academic self-satisfaction of undergraduates reflects the degree of their contentment with their own academic performances and results in university. Paying attention to and improving the academic selfsatisfaction of undergraduates is in line with the development prospect of “student-oriented” higher education aiming at high-quality equity and it is one of the important approaches to improve the quality of higher education from the perspective of students. Based on the academic self-concept theory,customer’s satisfaction theory and college impact factor theory, a questionnaire survey has been conducted among the liberal arts undergraduates currently at S University to probe into the status quo and the influence factors of the academic self-satisfaction of liberal arts undergraduates. The study shows that the academic self-satisfaction of liberal arts undergraduates lands at the intermediate level, in which academic achievement falls to the lowest but with the top significance, both the individual input factor and college environment evaluation factor, to some extent,indicate the level of academic self-satisfaction of liberal arts undergraduates.Therefore, meeting students’ academic requirements must be honored with concept priority. Combined with the characteristics of liberal arts education and undergraduates,action measures must be taken with differentiated priorities and considerations must be lent to students with individual differences so that the academic self-satisfaction of liberal arts undergraduates can be elevated.
