摘要
近些年越来越多的家长选择校外辅导来为子女高考助力,然而部分家长对辅导机构教师的认可度却不高,主要原因在于校外辅导机构教师的功利性较强、专业性较弱、流动性较大。探究校外辅导机构教师低认可度的原因,有助于正确认识校外辅导机构教师队伍发展的问题,也有助于我国教育市场的良性发展。
In recent years,more and more parents have chosen external tutoring institutions to help their children's college entrance examination. However,some parents don't have high recognition of the teachers. The main reason is that they are highly utilitarian,weak in professional ability and high in resignation. To explore the causes of the situation will help us to correctly understand the development of teachers of external tutoring institutions and it also contributes to the healthy development of China's education market.
