In view of the current situation of English learning in higher vocational colleges,this article describes how to use English movie role-playing to improve students＇ ability to speak English in higher vocational colleges. English film role-playing has changed the traditional ＂teacher teaching,student learning＂model. By creating a graphic and textual context,students are provided with a relaxed,enjoyable,and vivid learning platform.
