长链非编码RNA在系统性红斑狼疮和类风湿关节炎中的作用

摘要 长链非编码RNA (lncRNA)作为表观遗传学研究的热点之一,在自身免疫性疾病中的作用日益受到研究者的关注。系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)和类风湿关节炎(RA)均是自身免疫性疾病,发病机制涉及多种免疫细胞和信号通路的异常,lncRNA数量和作用机制呈现出多样化,在自身免疫性疾病中所起的作用目前仍所知甚少。本文旨在综述SLE和RA这两类疾病中lncRNA的研究进展,分析疾病中有差异性表达的lncRNA,并分析lncRNA在调控免疫细胞和信号通路中的功能,为进一步探索lncRNA在自身免疫性疾病发病机制中的作用提供依据和新的思路。 Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) has been recently explored as one of the hotspots in epigenetics studies, and it might play an important role in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are the most common autoimmune diseases with the aberrant expressions and functions of inflammatory cells and signaling pathways. Since the numerous lncRNAs play diverse functions in different ways, the role of lncRNA in autoimmune diseases is still unclear. In this review, we aim to summarize the research advances of lncRNA in the pathogeneses of SLE and RA. We reviewed the differential expressions of lncRNA and the functions focused on the inflammatory cells and signaling pathways in order to provide the reliable evidences in this field.
