摘要
以Y分子筛、β分子筛及Al_2O_3为复合载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备负载型Ni-W加氢裂化催化剂;以高温煤焦油为原料,在两段串联固定床反应装置上评价催化剂的反应性能,并优选了催化剂级配方案。结果表明:与单一载体相比,Y分子筛、β分子筛以及Al_2O_3复合可改善催化剂的孔结构和酸性分布;随着复合载体中β分子筛质量分数增大,催化剂酸强度增加,有利于加氢反应的进行;加氢裂化催化剂复配可改善煤焦油加氢产品品质,以FF-36为加氢精制催化剂,制备出的F-2,F-4为加氢裂化催化剂(二者质量比为1∶2)时,加氢产品含硫、含氮质量浓度分别为7.84,7.06μg/L,密度为0.902 g/mL,轻质油收率为95.56%。
The supported Ni- W hydrocracking catalyst was prepared by incipient impregnation method with Y zeolite , β zeolite and γ-Al2O3 as composite supporters, with high -temperature coal tar as raw material, the reaction performances of the catalyst were evaluated in a two- stage series fixed- bed reactor, and the gradation schemes of catalyst were optimized. The results showed that compared with the single supporter, the composite of Y zeolite, β zeolite and Al2O3 changed the pore structure and acidity distribution; with the increas- ing of β mass fraction of composite zeolite, the acid strength increased, which was good for hydrogena- tion; the composite of hydrocracking catalyst could improve the quality of coal tar hydrogenation prod- ucts, and the F -2, F -4 hydrocracking catalyst (mass ratio 1:2) was prepared with FF -36 as hydrofining catalyst, the sulfur, nitrogen content of the hydrogenation products was 7.84,7.06 μg/L,and the density and light oil yield was 0. 902 g./mL and 95.56% separately.
