摘要
循证实践证实,图片交换沟通系统是对自闭症沟通干预的有效方式之一。研究采用单一被试实验设计,运用图片交换沟通系统干预一名无口语自闭症幼儿的主动沟通行为。研究发现:幼儿经过4个月的训练后,能够达到图片交换沟通系统阶段I—阶段IV的目标;主动非口语和口语沟通行为百分比有增加和维持效果;训练的第III阶段,幼儿的口语词汇开始出现;第IV阶段,幼儿在使用句子条的同时能够进行句子表达;幼儿的部分主动沟通行为能够迁移至不同的情境。
The Picture Exchange Communication System( PECS) is the way in which Evidence-Based Practice,which plays an effective role in autistic communication. This study used a single subject experiment design and a picture exchange communication system to intervene the spontaneous communication behavior of a child without oral autism. The findings were as follows: after 4 months of The PECS training,the children can reach the training goals of phase I-phase IV. The percentage of children 's spontaneous non-verbal and oral communication increased and maintained. In stage III of the training,children's oral vocabulary began to emerge,in stage IV,the child was able to use spoken sentences. Part of the spontaneous communication behaviors can be migrated to different situations.
