加强新时代特殊教育教师队伍建设若干问题的思考

Reflection on the Problems on Strengthening the Construction of Special Education Teachers Team in New Epoch

近期,党中央国务院印发《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》,这是指导我国新时代教师队伍建设的纲领性文件和行动指南。如何根据《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》精神及要求,加强特殊教育教师队伍建设,是新时代对特殊教育提出的新要求、新任务和新课题。应进一步明确特殊教育教师队伍建设的总目标和指导思想,加强师德建设,创新培养培训机制,完善教师发展机制,提高教师待遇,加快特殊教育教师队伍建设。

As the state council of central government issued Suggestions on Reform the Construction of Teachers Team in New Epoch,it has become the guidelines for the construction of teachers＇ team in the new epoch. According to the suggestions and requirement,we should strengthen teacher staff construction,which is the new requirement,new task and new challenge for special education in new epoch. It also made some reflections and suggestion on this issue.
