信息共享水平与供应链能力的相互作用关系研究——基于社会控制的中介效应

Research on the Interaction between Information Sharing Level and SC Capability: A Mediating Effect of Social Control

本文对信息共享水平(分为信息技术水平和信息交流水平两个部分)、社会控制和供应链能力之间的相互作用关系进行了探讨。借鉴已有研究成果,本文构建了信息技术水平、信息交流水平、社会控制和供应链能力之间的关系假设模型,并以380份来自供应链相关岗位的中高层人员的问卷作为调研对象,运用结构方程模型进行实证研究。实证分析结果表明:(1)信息技术水平和信息交流水平对社会控制均具有显著的直接影响,此外,信息交流水平对于信息技术水平和社会控制间的关系具有部分中介效应。(2)社会控制对供应链能力具有显著的直接影响。(3)信息技术水平和信息交流水平对供应链能力不仅具有显著的直接影响,还以社会控制为中介具有显著的间接影响。此外,信息交流水平和社会控制对信息技术水平和供应链能力间的关系具有双重中介效应。

This paper discusses the interaction among information sharing level, which is divided into two levels, say, information technology level and information exchange level, social control and supply chain capability. Based on existing research results, the authors construct a hypothesis model focusing on the relationships among information technology level, information exchange level, social control and supply chain capability, by using of 380 questionnaires of middle and high-level personnel coming from supply chain related posts. It aims to test existing research conclusions about the relationship between information sharing, social control and supply chain capabilities, and further develop and enrich supply chain related research fields. By doing so, it is supposed to provide theoretical and practical guidance for how Chinese core enterprises can improve their supply chain capabilities. Empirical analysis shows three aspects of results as follows： Firstly, information technology level and information exchange level have significant direct impacts on social control. Moreover, information exchange level has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between information technology level and social control, which indicates that the improvement of information sharing level among supply chain node enterprises contributes to the improvement of mutual trust level. Secondly, social control has a significant direct impact on supply chain capacity, that is, social control characterized by mutual trust helps the establishment of long-term cooperative relationships among supply chain node enterprises, and plays an important role in improving the overall capacity of the supply chain as well. Thirdly, information technology level and information exchange level not only exert significant direct impacts on supply chain capability, but also have significant indirect effects on supply chain capability with social control as an intermediary. Whats more, information technology level will bring an indirect influence on supply chain capability by taking advantages of double mediating effects arising from information exchange level and social control. Obviously, high-level information sharing is of great significance to the successful cooperation between supply chain nodes.
