首席专家项目匹配度、组织网络特征与协同创新绩效

Chief expert’s project matching degree,organizational network characteristics and collaborative innovation performance

＂千军易得,一将难求＂,一位杰出的首席专家往往能够带动一项重大技术的突破创新。协同创新项目组织呈现鲜明的网络特征,若仅仅依赖首席专家的个人价值,而忽视组织网络的保障作用,则容易因过于＂重人才、轻组织＂而导致最终创新绩效水平的削弱。在对已有文献分析的基础上,提出了以组织网络特征为调节变量的首席专家项目匹配度与协同创新绩效之间作用关系的假设模型。通过对213份问卷数据进行层级回归分析发现,首席专家与项目的技术能力匹配、与项目的愿景目标匹配以及与项目的价值观匹配均对协同创新绩效有显著的正向影响;组织网络关系强度和组织网络密度等特征均在首席专家项目匹配度与协同创新绩效之间的关系中起着正向调节作用。

It is easy to recruit one thousand soldiers but hard to find a great general. An outstanding chief expert tends to drive a major technological breakthrough. Collaborative innovation project organization presents a distinct network characteristics. If you only attach importance to the personal value of a chief expert and ignore the role of organizational network,the ultimate performance level of collaborative innovation will be weakened by paying too much attention to the role of talents and ignoring the role of organization. On the basis of the previous literature analysis result,the paper puts forward a hypothetical model reflecting the impact of the chief expert-project matching on the collaborative innovation performance and the moderating role of the organizational network characteristics. The datum of213 questionnaires are analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis method,and it is found that the matching of the chief expert＇s technical capacity and the project＇s requirement,the matching of the chief expert＇s vision and the project＇s goal and the matching of the chief expert＇s value and the project＇s value all separately have significant positive impact on collaborative innovation performance; and the organizational network intensity and organizational network density characteristics both separately act as a positive moderator between the relationship of chief expert-project matching and collaborative innovation performance.
