创业教育对创业意愿的作用机制研究 被引量:41

Research on the mechanism of entrepreneurial education to entrepreneurial intention

摘要 创业已成为世界范围内的重要研究议题。许多研究表明,创业是可以教授的。然而,先前学者对创业教育有效性的研究结论并不一致,亟待验证。基于计划行为理论,构建创业教育对创业意愿的多重中介效应模型。通过收集8省大学生问卷调查数据,并使用SPSS和AMOS软件进行实证分析。结果表明:创业教育对创业意愿具有积极影响,计划行为理论的3个认知因素(创业态度、主观规范和感知行为控制)在创业教育和创业意愿的关系中起部分中介作用。本研究拓展了计划行为理论在创业研究领域的应用,为创业教育生态系统构建提供理论基础,有利于助推国家创新创业型经济发展。 Entrepreneurship has become an important research topic all over the world. Many studies have shown that entrepreneurship can be taught. However,the previous scholars' conclusions about the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention are inconsistent and need to be reexamined. Based on the theory of planned behavior,this paper constructs a multiple mediating effect model of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intention. The questionnaire survey data of eight provinces were collected and analyzed by using SPSS and AMOS software. The results show that entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,the three cognitive factors of theory of planned behavior( control of entrepreneurial attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior) plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention. This study extends application of theory of planned behavior in the research field of entrepreneurship,provides a theoretical basis for construction of entrepreneurship education ecological system,and boosts the development of innovational and entrepreneurial economic in our country.
