眼周穴位艾灸联合五官超短波治疗糖尿病性眼肌麻痹临床观察

Clinical Observation of moxibustion at the acupoints of the eyes and the ultrasonic wave on diabetic ophthalmoplegia

目的观察眼周穴位艾灸联合五官超短波治疗糖尿病性眼肌麻痹的临床疗效。方法将61例糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组30例予西医常规治疗;治疗组31例在对照组治疗基础上加用眼周穴位艾灸联合五官超短波治疗。2组均10次为1个疗程,每个疗程结束后休息2~3 d,治疗3个疗程。比较2组临床疗效;观察2组治疗前后眼球运动度及复视角度变化;观察2组治疗前后症状评分变化;比较2组治愈时间情况。结果治疗组总有效率87.10%,对照组总有效率73.33%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后眼球运动度较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),复视角度降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组眼球运动度高于对照组(P<0.05),复视角度低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗1、2、3个疗程症状评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗1、2、3个疗程症状评分均低于对照组治疗同期(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论眼周穴位艾灸联合五官超短波治疗糖尿病性眼肌麻痹疗效确切,能明显改善患者眼球运动度、复视角度及临床症状,缩短治愈时间。

Objective To observe the effects of moxibustion at the acupoints of the eyes and the ultrasonic wave on diabetic ophthalmoplegia. Methods 61 patients with diabetic phthalmoplegia were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 30 patients in control group were treated by conventional western medicine. 31 patients in treatment group were treated by moxibustion at the acupoints of the eyes and the ultrasonic wave on diabetic ophthalmoplegia. The 2 groups were treated for 10 times for 1 courses. After the end of each course,rest2 to 3 day. Both groups were treated for 3 courses. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The changes of eye movement,diplopia and symptom score were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 87. 10 % in treatment group and 73. 33 % in the control group. The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The degree of eye movement after treatment in the two groups was higher than that in the group before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the angle of diplopia was decreased（ P〈0. 05）.After treatment,the degree of eye movement in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the angle of diplopia was lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The symptoms scores of the two groups on the 10 th day,20 th day and after treatment were lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the symptoms scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The cure time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic ophthalmoplegia with moxibustion at the acupoints of the eyes and the ultrasonic wave of the facial features is effective,which can significantly improve the eye movement,diplopia angle and clinical symptoms.
