摘要
企事业人员马克思主义认同度的提升与巩固,关键问题在于企事业人员能否科学合理认知马克思主义。通过调研发现,当前企事业人员马克思主义认知总体现状较好,但也存在:对马克思主义的整体认知不全面、不同群体间的认知态度差距明显、马克思主义理论研究的问题导向有待加强和马克思主义理论宣传教育的针对精准性有待加强等不足。其改进策略包括:细化对象划分,加强马克思主义理论宣传教育的对象性;加强问题导向,提升马克思主义理论研究和宣传教育的现实应用性;创新宣传途径和方法,提升马克思主义宣传教育的针对性。
The key question of the promotion and consolidation of Marxist identity of enterprises and institutions personnel lies in whether enterprise and institution personnel can scientifically and reasonably recognize Marxism. Through the investigation, it is found that the present situation of Marxist cognition of enterprises and institutions is good, but there are also some problems: The overall cognition of Marxism is not comprehensive. The difference of cognition attitude between different groups is obvious. The question guiding of Marxist theory research needs to he strengthened and the precision of Marxism theory propaganda and education should be strengthened.The strategies which can improve the questions above include: to refine the division of objects, to strengthen the objectiveness of Marxist theory propaganda and education, to strengthen the question guiding, and to improve the practical application of Marxist Theory Research and propaganda and education. To Innovate promotion ways and methods to improve the pertinence of Marxism propaganda and education.
