高校大学生法制教育实践环节内容创新研究

Research on Content Innovation in the Practice of Legal Education in College Students

依法治国的理念已经深入到社会生活的各个方面,法制教育也已经成为大学生思想政治教育的重要内容。但近年来,大学生违法案件时有发生的情况表明高校非法律专业学生法制教育情况不容乐观。通过对大学生法制教育的现实分析,在研究西方法治发达国家的法制教育模式的基础上,将英国"治安法院模拟审判竞赛"这一法制教育实践环节引入我国大学生法制教育内容。并在初步实践的基础上,对这一构想的原则、实施方法和效果评价进行了简要的分析和阐述。

The concept of governing the country by law has gone deep into all aspects of social life. Legal education has also become an important part of ideological and political education for college student.However, in recent years, there have been incidents of university student law violations that show that the legal education of non-legal students in universities is not optimistic.Through the analysis of the legal education of college students, and on the basis of studying the legal education model of the developed countries in the western countries, this paper introduces the practice of legal education in the trial of ＂The Magistrates Court Mock Trial Competition＂ into the legal education content of Chinese college students.Based on the preliminary practice, the paper briefly analyzes and elaborates on the principles, implementation methods and effect evaluation of this conception.
