摘要
"两协同"指的是帮扶新疆南疆职业教育发展的"疆内外协同,南北疆协同"机制。以莎车县职业技术学校受援情况为案例,梳理上海及新疆农业职业技术学院援疆做法与经验,发现对口帮扶工作面临主动援疆,被动接受,软件配套设施差;师生比高、国语差,严重影响帮扶传授;托管"一对多",力不从心的问题和困难。需要积极配合县委书记抓师资队伍建设、发挥政府主导专业设置作用、构建"M+1+N"托管新模式等促进帮扶工作有效开展。
"Two synergies" refers to the "Xinjiang internal and external coordination" mechanism to help the development of vocational education in southern Xinjiang. With the Assistance received by Shache County Vocational and Technical School as an example, this paper combs the practice and experience of Xinjiang, and it is found that there exist problems and difficulty. Thus, it is suggested to actively cooperate with the county party secretary in building a teaching staff, giving full play to the role of the government in leading specialty setting, and building a new mode of "M+1+N" custody to promote the effective implementation of assistance work.
