上海市试点开展中等职业教育-应用本科教育贯通培养模式实践的思考

上海开展的中等职业教育-应用本科教育贯通培养模式试点工作,是落实国家加快发展现代职业教育,创新发展高等教育的重要举措,促进了职业教育与普通教育的深度融合。对试点工作进展进行分析发现,除了要深入做好中等和高等职业教育培养目标、专业设置、课程体系及教学实施等多方面的衔接以外,还要进一步完善与办学规模和培养要求相适应的财政投入和经费统筹制度,加强贯通教育组织机制建设,建立健全贯通教育质量保障体系,推进师资队伍建设。

Through the analysis on the progress of pilot work, it is found that it is necessary to deeply do well in the linkage among training objectives, specialties setup, curriculum system and teaching implementation between secondary and higher occupation education, meanwhile, it is important to further optimize the financial investment and financial planning system that is suitable for the school-running scale and talent cultivating requirements, strengthen the construction of the organization mechanism of run-through education, establish and improve the education quality assurance system, and promote the construction of teaching staff.
