摘要
探讨了纬向管状织物的设计及生产要点。介绍了纬向管状织物的形成机理、纬向管子长度的控制及主要生产工艺。认为在织造管状部位时,不参与织造的经纱长度要控制在6 mm以内,才能形成品质良好的管子。分析了纬向管状织物织造的难点是布边不平整的问题,通过减少边纱根数、减少边纱交织次数及减少纬管处参与交织的纬纱根数,解决了布边不平的技术难题。
The design and production key points of weft hollow fabric are discussed. The formation mechanism of the weft hollow, length of the weft hollow and main production procession are introduced. It is considered that the floating long line of the weft tube should be controlled within 6 ram. The difficulty of weaving weft hollow fabric is the problem of uneven edges. By reducing the number of side yams, decreasing the interleaving times of the side yarns and reducing the number of weft yarns at weft insertion, the technical difficulty of uneven edges can be solved.
