箭叶淫羊藿适宜采收期的研究

Research on Suitable Harvest Period of Epimedium sagittatum

目的:通过大田试验研究,比较箭叶淫羊藿不同采收时期产量和质量,确定适宜的采收期。方法:每月采样,测定地上部分生物量;HPLC测定不同采收期淫羊藿叶4种黄酮成分朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷的含量。结果:箭叶淫羊藿3月底含量最高,8月底产量最高。结论:根据箭叶淫羊藿不同采收期的综合评价结果确定其适宜采收期为8月31日前后。

Objective： Field trials were conducted to compare the yield and quality of Epimedium sagittatum in different harvest time,and the best harvesting period was selected to guide the field production. Methods： The content of epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C and icariin at different harvest stages was determined by HPLC. The comprehensive method was used to evaluate the yield and flavonoid content of E. sagittatum in different harvest periods. Results： The suitable harvest time was as follows： August 31 st July 30 th September 30 th October 30 th June 30 th May 31 st April 30 th March 30 th.Conclusion： Based on the comprehensive rankings of different harvest periods of E. sagittatum,the optimal harvest period is around August 31 st.
