摘要
作为翻译硕士专业学位课程里唯一一门理论课,《翻译概论》对提升学生的理论素养、培养分析问题和解决问题的能力具有非常重要的意义。然而,由于该课程相较MTI实践类课程而言,理论性强,课程内容比较抽象和深奥,所以影响到了学生学习的兴趣和积极性,教学往往难以取得理想的效果。本文以复旦大学2015级和2016级MTI《翻译概论》课的授课和学习情况为例,探讨了"翻转课堂"模式在翻译理论课上的具体应用,并对翻转课堂的实际教学效果进行了分析与评价,希望能够为MTI翻译理论教学提供一些可资借鉴的经验。
Given the fact that many MTI students have difficulty in seeing theoretical studies as meaningful and useful,how to help students develop motivation and interest in studying translation theories has become one of the top concerns for teachers.This paper examines the application of Flipped Classroom in the course An Introduction to Translation Studies at Fudan University in 2015 and 2016. A detailed description of the teaching and learning process,together with an analysis of the teaching results based on the feedback of the students,brings to light why and in what ways Flipped Classroom is an effective pedagogical approach to teaching translation theories to MTI students.
