摘要
"互联网+"与大学生核心素养培育契合在一起,既是大数据时代、互联网时代信息技术发展的必然要求,也是大学生核心素养依托网络载体拓宽培育途径的必然体现。要实现二者之间的有效融合,需掌握本体论、价值论、方法论等三个维度;科学剖析其培育产生认知触发、理性认知、践行动力、主体自觉的内化过程;着力探寻网站搭建、生态调控、正面宣传、深化实践的外化途径,最大限度地实现大学生核心素养"内化于心、外化于形"。
The combination of "Internet + " with the cultivation of College Students' core competencies is an inevitable require- ment for the development of information technology in the era of big data and Internet. It is also the inevitable manifestation of the way to broaden the cultivation of the core competencies of college students. To achieve an effective integration between the two, it is neces- sary to grasp the three dimensions of ontology, value and methodology, analyze scientifically its cuhivation to produce cognitive trigger, rational cognition, motivation to practice, subjective consciousness of the internalization process, and explore ways to build websites, regulate ecology, promote positive publicity and deepen the externalization of practice, so as to maximize the internalization and exter- nalization of college students' core qualities.
