摘要
教师信息技术应用能力已成为加快推进教育信息化和深化教育改革的关键因素。为提升职前教师的信息技术应用能力,通过对高校师范生信息技术应用能力的培训现状进行反思,结合体验学习的内涵与本质,提出体验学习视域下师范生信息技术的培养模式与实施策略。同时,在理论模型建构的基础上,结合微课制作的具体案例进行信息技术应用能力培养实践,对比实验发现体验式学习能够有效地促进师范生的教学理念改观和教学能力提升,学习效果与满意度较高,更为契合师范生实践能力与专业素质培养的需求。
Teachers' ability to apply information technology has become a key factor to speed up educational informatization and deepen educational reform. In order to improve pre - service teachers' ability to apply information technology, this paper rethinks a- bout the current situation of the information technology application ability training of of normal college, and combines the connotation and essence of experience learning, and puts forward the training mode and implementation strategy. At the same time, on the basis of the theoretical model construction, we combine the specific case of micro lesson to carry out the training practice of the application abil- ity of information technology. The comparative experiment found that the experiential learning can effectively promote the improvement of the teaching ideas and the teaching ability of the normal students, and achieve satisfaction results, and it is more in line with the practical ability and the needs of professional quality training of the normal students.
