摘要 针对目前开关柜在线监测设备经济性差、安装复杂以及便携式检测设备通道数量少、检测工作量大的问题,文中设计并实现了一套便携式开关柜局部放电在线监测系统。该系统基于暂态地电压法,采用多个监测前端外加监测终端的分布式结构。采用ZigBee无线自组网技术,使得监测前端数量可根据实际需求灵活增减,大幅扩展了系统的检测范围,提高了系统的可靠性及经济性。文中阐述了系统各硬件部分工作原理及主要设计参数指标,给出了监测系统软件功能架构及运行界面,该系统在多个变电站现场投入实际应用,系统运行稳定可靠并成功发现一起35 kV开关柜局放缺陷,可满足开关柜局放实际检测的需要,具有较高的实用价值。 The existing on-line monitoring system for switchgear is inefficient in economy, complex in installation, and insufficient in channels. To address these issues, this study developed a portable on-line partial discharge monitoring system for switchgear. The system is based on TEV, and has a distributed architecture with multiple front ends and one terminal. The wireless communication based on ZigBee was employed to expand the number of front ends and the detection range, and improve system reliability and economy. This paper introduces the architecture and main design parameters of the on-line monitoring system, as well as the software's functions and operation interfaces. This monitoring system has been applied to some transformer substations, and a partial discharge defect was discovered in a 35 kV switchgear. It is concluded that the system is stable and reliable, and can satisfy the requirement for on-line partial discharge monitoring of switchgear.
