摘要
对于超、特高压变压器的设计而言,角环的优化布置是变压器端部主绝缘结构设计的重要组成部分。本文运用多目标优化算法、粒子群优化算法并结合有限元子模型计算技术,在保持原变压器内部的角环个数、各角环厚度及圆弧半径不变的基础上,分别对左、右两侧角环的位置进行优化布置。优化过程中,选取各个考核油隙中沿电力线上最小的绝缘裕度作为优化的目标函数,使角环分割的各油隙关键位置沿电力线方向的绝缘裕度尽量接近。对绕组端部角环位置优化后,不仅使得各考核区域的最小绝缘裕度浮动范围变小,而且使得整个端部绝缘的最小裕度得到了提高。
Optimal arrangement of the angle rings is an important part in EHV or UHV transformer's main insulation structure design. In this paper, multi-objective optimization algorithm, particle swarm optimization (PSO)algorithm and finite element sub-model calculation technology are used to optimize the arrangement of the left/right angle rings with maintaining the original number and thickness of the angle rings and the arc radius unchanged. During the optimization process, the minimum insulation margin along the electric fluxlines in each evaluated oil clearance is selected as the objective function of optimization. The purpose is to make the insulation margins along the direction of the electric fluxlines as close as possible. After optimization, the minimum insulation margin floating range of each evaluated oil clearance becomes smaller, and the minimum insulation margin of the entire end insulation improves.
