滨州市铁路货运设施布局规划探讨

Study on Layout Planning Research of the Freight Traffic Facilities of Railway in Binzhou

根据滨州市自然条件与经济特征、经济发展规划、铁路网现状和货运量预测结果,针对滨州市既有货运路网存在的问题,在滨州市＂两纵一横一弧＂主干路网基础上,提出了符合滨州市产业布局及货运需求特征的16条铁路专用线＋5个铁路综合物流园区的货运设施总体布局。该布局可扩大滨州市铁路网覆盖范围及铁路货运吸引力,实现公铁、水铁联运的快速转换以及路企之间高效衔接,对满足未来滨州市绿色运输及经济发展需求具有重要意义。

According to the natural conditions and economic characteristics, economic development planning, the present situation of the railway network and the prediction result of cargo volume of Binzhou, aiming at the problems of the current situation of the railway network of Binzhou, basised on ＂two vertical, one horizontal and one arc＂ trunk railway network, this paper puts forward general layout of freight traffic facilities of 16 special railway line ＋5 railway integrated logistics park, which accord with characteristics of industrial layout and freight demand of Binzhou. The layout could expand the range of railway network coverage and the attraction of railway freight, realize the rapid conversion of the united transportation of railways and highways or waterways, as well as the high efficient linking up between railway administration and enterprise, which has important significance for meeting the demands of environmental transportation and economy development of Binzhou.
