EPC（Engineering Procurement Construction）总承包是当今铁路工程中被越来越多项目采用的承包模式,其可以用集成管理优势,通过对设计、采购和施工一体化管理,对共享资源的优化配置、大型专用设备的提供以及各种风险的控制为项目增值,从而获取更多的利润。讨论了企业成本的概念及重要意义,针对黄石新港综合站场等工程项目提出了目前存在的问题,并就问题提出解决方法,以期能够提升企业经济效益,达到控制成本的目标,为有效应对新形势、新挑战做好准备,给相关人员提供借鉴。

EPC（Engineering Procurement Construction） is a contracting mode adopted by more and more projects in railway engineering nowadays,the advantages of integrated management can be used to add value to the project through integrated management of design, procurement and construction, optimal allocation of shared resources, provision of large specialized equipment and control of various risks.The paper discusses the concept and significance of enterprise cost, puts forward the existing problemsand solutions of the Huangshi Newport Comprehensive Station and other projects,which in order to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and achieve the goal of cost control, prepare for new challenges and provide lessons for others concerned.
